Eligibility and Territory
Purchases are offered only to customers located in the United States. Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Nature of the Product
SinoLedger provides digital editorial publications about China, including recording-ready scripts, source ledgers, charts, show notes, episode descriptions, and visual assets. No physical goods are shipped.
Subscription, Trial, and Pricing
A subscription may begin with a paid trial of 7, 14, or 30 days. The amount due today, trial length, monthly renewal amount in U.S. dollars (USD), and any bundle discount are displayed before payment.
After the selected trial, the subscription renews monthly at the displayed price until canceled.
Taxes
Applicable U.S. sales or similar taxes may be collected where required by law. Any tax collected by the Company will be identified as part of the transaction.
Commercial Content License
Paid content is licensed under the Commercial Content License incorporated into these Terms. It permits adaptation, recording, publication, and monetization of finished works while prohibiting resale or distribution of source files as a competing or stand-alone product.
Access and Delivery
The first paid issue is emailed within 7 calendar days after checkout. New issues are delivered weekly thereafter. Issues published before purchase are not included. Account-based Library access may also be provided where available. Rights already granted for paid issues are governed by the Commercial Content License.
Cancellation
To cancel, email support@sinoledgerlab.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before the renewal date. We confirm cancellation and the access end date by email. Access and future deliveries continue through that date and stop afterward. Cancellation does not automatically refund a trial charge or a charge already processed.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Total liability for a direct claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable federal law, without depriving a consumer of non-waivable protections available under the law of the consumer's state of residence.
