01What exactly do I receive?+
A new 12–15 minute recording-ready script, source ledger, show notes, visual assets, data table, and clip prompts.
02When does the first paid issue arrive?+
Your first paid issue is emailed within 7 calendar days after checkout. New issues are delivered weekly thereafter, and issues published before purchase are not included.
03How do I cancel?+
Email support@sinoledgerlab.com no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day before renewal. We confirm cancellation and the access end date by email. Future deliveries stop on that date; processed charges are not automatically refunded.
04Is the free issue shortened?+
No. The public issue is a complete example with no locked sections.
05How are China sources handled?+
Official releases, revisions, independent estimates, and interpretation are visibly separated.
06What does Guest mean?+
Guest is a full active session on this device. It can check out and open purchased Library items without another sign-in prompt.
07When does monthly billing begin?+
After the selected 7, 14, or 30 day trial. The renewal amount is shown before payment.
08Is this investment advice?+
No. The material is general editorial and educational content.
